Eminent Domain. This legislation protects private property owners by prohibiting the condemnation of property for purposes of economic development.
Tourism Funding. As a result of this bill, 19 million dollars has been allocated to promote Colorado nationally and internationally. This will result in a return to the taxpayers of $10.00 for every dollar spent.
Cost of living increase for teachers. This amendment to the school finance act allowed voters in high cost of living school districts to decide whether or not to pay teachers and district employees a higher wage relative to higher living expenses.
Concealed Carry. A statewide standardized policy which allows for mandatory issuance of concealed carry permits with proper background checks, firearms training, and a proficiency test.
